Personality Assessments:

  • 5 Love Languages-- learn your love language and how you show and receive love. Website

  • HSP Test-- Are you a Highly Sensitive Person? Are you easily overwhelmed by bright lights or sounds? Do/did your parents or teachers say you were a shy or sensitive person? Take this free assessment and consult with your therapist. Website

  • Self-Compassion Inventory--Are you able to show yourself compassion? Self-compassion involves kindness to self, mindfulness, and a common humanity. Take this assessment to see how you score on compassion to self. Website 

Trauma, Mood, and Anxiety Assessments:

  • Beck Depression Inventory--A useful tool in determining depression rates. Ask your counselor to adminter if you are curious. Website 
  • Beck Anxiety Inventory--A useful tool in determining anxiety rates. Ask your counselor to adminter if you are curious. Website 
  • Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)--What trauma did you experience in childhood? Find out your ACEs score and learn what it means by talking with your counselor. Website 
  • Post Traumatic Stress Index--discover if post-traumatic stress is prevalent in your life. Please discuss with your therapist prior to taking this assessment to determine best fit. Website
  • Social Anxiety Questionnaire--Do you fee that you suffer from social anxiety? This self-report tool will help determine determine different levels of social anxiety. Website 
  • Happiness Quotient-- How happy are you? Do you know the seven different dimensions of happiness? The happiness quotient is an objective way to judge our own happiness and and see how we rank. Discuss this with your therapist if you are interested! Website

  • CBCL Child Behavior Checklist--ASEBA, determines any emotional or behavioral problems in children and adolescents. Consult with counselor for this adminstration. Website 
  • Search Institute 40 Developmental Assets--What are the building blocks for healthy development that help people grow up to be healthy, caring, and responsible? This assessment can help identify what you possess and what may need some growth. Talk with your therapist if you are interested in knowing more of this assessment. Website
